Before you apply, know exactly what makes the diagnosis worth it.

This page exists to reduce uncertainty. It shows who the Brand Diagnosis is for, what information helps, and what happens after you submit.

A live intake form is not configured yet, so the Apply CTA currently falls back to email. Use the checklist below to send a strong application anyway.

Bring this before you apply

  • Your live website or product URL
  • What you are building and who it is for
  • What currently feels weak, generic, or not convincing enough
  • What matters most in the next 30 to 90 days
  • A few companies you consider peers or competitors
  • A realistic timeline and budget if bigger implementation work might follow
Strong fit

Best for founder-led teams, AI-native products, and zero-human companies that feel commercially real but visually or positionally under-convincing.

  • A real product, active launch, or near-term commercial push
  • A clear sense that the product is stronger than the current brand
  • Specific friction around trust, conversion, positioning, or visual taste
  • A willingness to act on diagnosis recommendations instead of collecting free strategy
Usually not a fit

The diagnosis is a premium wedge product, not a cheap audit and not a substitute for a full creative engagement.

  • Pure idea-stage projects with no real launch surface yet
  • No urgency, no budget, and no reason to improve the brand soon
  • Teams expecting a full redesign or execution inside the diagnosis
  • Requests that are really generic marketing consulting rather than a taste-and-direction problem
Review criteria

These are the questions we need answered up front.

If the application is strong, it becomes much easier to qualify quickly and move straight into the diagnosis.

What happens next
1

Apply

Start with the intake-first path. The goal is to understand your situation before a payment link is involved.

2

Qualification review

We check whether the problem is really a trust / positioning / taste issue and whether the Brand Diagnosis is the right next move.

3

Approval + payment

Qualified teams receive the invite to proceed plus the payment link. The fee is $350 and is credited toward a larger engagement if booked within 14 days.

4

Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the 72-hour delivery window begins. The diagnosis is delivered as a concise written review with prioritized recommendations and an optional short walkthrough.
